We participated in a wedding design event this past February.  Our job was to design a wedding for Union Station in downtown Tacoma.

The Colors:
Aqua, Charcoal, Corals & Oranges

The Vendors:
A Greater Plan, Jonz Catering, Wallflower Photography, A Tier Above, Bellezza Jewelry, Flourish by Lillie, Remarkable Production, Sensebellum, Sandpaper, AA Party Rental & Trendy Event Rentals

Many thanks to Wallflower Photography for taking some incredible photos!

For the ceremony site (shown above) we created large crêpe paper roses and lily like flowers.  Large vases filled with coral colored curly willow and paper roses anchor each side of the altar while a display of paper roses and lilies hangs suspended in front of a gray backdrop.  White paper flowers line the aisle as well.

Our sign in table/guest book (above) luggage tags and vintage suitcases .  Guests filled out the small luggage tags and then placed them in the suitcases.  A nod to the fact that Union Station was at one time an operating train station.

Tina at Sandpaper created the stationery suite (below).  I love that the circular graphic gives reference to the dome of this incredible building.

Our large main table (above) had two large curly willow and paper flower arrangements along with arrangements of white hydrangea and freesia in rectangular vases and white pots of orange ranunculus all sitting atop a mirrored runner.  Beaded chargers, white plates and aqua linens completed the look.

The other tables were round and had arrangements of wither white hydrangea with orange tulips or arrangements of orange roses with coral valotta and garden roses.

Shelley at A Tier Above created the gorgeous cake above.  We also created a lounge area on the balcony the overlooks the main floor.  For added fun we had
“Wedding Reception Bingo” cards with glass marking beads set up in the lounge area!

Many thanks to my team and the other vendors that helped make this happen!
